Here we have assembled a short question- and answer page(F.A.Q.). If you do not find the answer to your question or problem here, please contact our Support.
Placing a bet and booking winnings
To place a Bet, you must log in with your username and password(both fields are case sensitive). Now from the lefthand side choose the racecourse and then from the middle the race in which you want to bet. There you find the race details and the current odds.

The odds are calculated to a stake of 10 euros. The odds reflect the amount of money bet on each horse and therefor their chances of winning. To fill out your betting slip correctly, please mark the type of bet you are making, the horse(s) selected and your stake. When you have finished, the total stake of your bet will be shown and by klicking "bet now" will be shown on the following page for your approval. Now you must confirm your bet. If you wish to place another bet in the same race, click "Back to the race". In order to place a bet in another race, you should start by choosing the racecourse as before.

Under “Next races” you can then choose a race due to start soon, in order to bet on it. You can also place bets in advance for races due to be run in the future by selecting the correct date. As soon as the result is official and the starting prices or odds have been declared, your winnings will be credited to your betting account. Should any of your selections be a non runner, your stake will be returned to you after the official result is known; the same applies to ante-post and early price bets.

Note: ante-post and early prices fluctuate, only the price quoted at the moment you place the bet is correct. Early prices are only quoted for win, place and ita bets and are not available in every race. Place bets at ante-post or early prices are only accepted when a win bet is placed in the same race, and only up to a maximum of twice the stake of the win bet.

Betting into the U.S. pools

All bets will be transmitted direct into the racecourse pool and settled at the original dividends declared at the racecourse. Bets are normally made in US dollars, as is clearly marked on our betting slips for U.S. races. We shall also report the equivalent amount in euros as guidance. The daily rate for the dollar as fixed by the European Central Bank will be used as our basis for calculating the amounts staked and won. As far as your betting account is concerned, nothing will change, and all sums won or lost, as well as paid in or out, will still be given in euros.

Some types of American bets are different from those in Europe. Here is a complete guide for your reference:
